The Impact
Overall DBX Results
- La Cantera Resort’s conversion rate spiked to 3.90%, a 217% increase over the site average.
- While the segment that received personalized content was limited to about 9% of the site’s users, that group generated a full one-third of the site’s revenue.
- Those who received personalized content spent an average of 8% more than those who did not.

- 6.17% conversion rate
