As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in producing high-quality digital marketing assets.

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in producing high-quality digital marketing assets. You will collaborate closely with our marketing departments to create visually compelling designs that align with our many clients' brand identities and marketing goals. The ideal candidate will have a desire to pilot new visuals and techniques as a trailblazer within the ever-changing digital landscape and diverse travel hospitality industry. This role requires drive for ideation, technological prowess, problem solving skills, and an adaptable nature.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and design digital marketing assets for our robust book of clients, including but not limited to;
    • Display ad creative, both static and animated banners
    • Social media advertising creative (in-feed, Stories & Reels): Statics, carousels, graphics for short-form video
    • Custom organic social media story and Instagram / Facebook reels designs
    • Website overlay designs and other website assets as needed
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that meet client briefs and deadlines.
  • Drive creative strategy for out-of-the-box concepts and designs for high-profile clients.
  • Develop creative vision for clients or specific campaigns via ad templates, mood boards, and other internal deliverables.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all platforms.
  • Work with other creative team members to QA existing ad designs and maintain strong creative standards across the agency.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to ensure our creative output remains cutting-edge.
  • Assist in the development of visual content for client presentations & pitch decks, and collaborate on internal design projects as needed.

required skills & experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Strong digital design portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment. Experience with travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Video editing ability is a plus.
  • Proficient knowledge of social media platform specs for Instagram & Facebook ad placements. TikTok & Pinterest knowledge is a plus.
  • Understanding of visual best practices for paid ads across different platforms.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Organized, strong communicator; ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally via project management tools.
  • Excellent time management & multitasking skills; can take ownership of schedule and efficiently utilize both time and team resources to complete tasks.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • A proactive mindset and can anticipate needs based on previous feedback from internal teams or clients.
  • Self-starter and resourceful; critical thinker with problem-solving attitude; desire to drive creative ideation and evolve the company’s creative standards & processes.
