Growing digital marketing agency in Denver is on the lookout for a passionate PPC Specialist who is looking for a challenge and someone who is looking to grow in their career.

This position is responsible for planning, optimizing, implementing paid search engine marketing activities. This role requires the ability to operate on both a strategic and tactical level, touching all aspects of search marketing including management, campaign messaging, bidding strategies, creative testing, and analytical review and reporting across multiple accounts.

What does it take to be successful in this role?

  • A minimum of 6 months of search marketing experience, agency or client-side
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, highly organized, passionate and honest
  • Project management experience and the ability to excel at juggling multiple projects and timelines at once
  • Demonstrable working knowledge of PPC
  • Knowledge of DRM strategies and other associated marketing mechanisms
  • Comfortable leading internal/external conversations with clients, partners and team members
  • Huge desire to learn and become a thought leader in the digital marketing industry
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems, while collaborating with team members, utilizing all resources available
  • Strong oral, problem solving, communications, writing and presentation skills
  • Copywriting and editorial skills
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to drive meaningful actions from multiple data sources
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • An organized individual with great attention to detail and focus on quality of results
  • Takes accountability and ownership of their work

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

  • Strategize collaboratively with Account Team and execute all search engine marketing efforts across defined set of accounts
  • Consistently reach SEM account goals month in and out
  • Drive profitability of search marketing engagements via growth of KPIs and creative testing
  • SEM financial responsibility and budget management/distribution of client funds within PPC search engines, campaigns, keywords and other related distribution networks/technologies
  • Responsible for proactive monitoring, analysis and optimization of SEM campaign performance
  • Identify new technologies and practices to improve SEM performance
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activity and marketplace trends and adjust SEM plans accordingly
  • Use SEM best practices and test-and-learn initiatives to optimize search engine performance
  • Test, track, measure, report, and analyze all aspects of search performance
  • Create strong learning base, share learning throughout the company and foster a collaborative learning environment across all agency disciplines

Growing digital marketing agency in Denver is on the lookout for a passionate Business Development Intern. Specifically seeking an individual looking to start a career in either Sales or Digital Marketing.

What does it take to be successful in this role?

  • No minimum time at any job. This is the chance to get your start!
    • No college degree required. An affinity for travel, marketing, and business development are far more important here.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, highly organized, passionate and honest
  • Desire to learn and become a thought leader in the digital marketing and travel industry
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and utilize all available resources when needed
  • Ability to trust in the process, work hard at all times, and achieve goals
  • Capable of multitasking (no, not like texting and driving – that isn’t safe) and prioritizing in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Working knowledge of platforms conducive to sales opportunities and relationship building (think LinkedIn)
  • Capacity to take accountability and ownership of work at all times

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

  • Prospect and connect directly with hotels that fit the Screen Pilot níche. All communication will be made via phone and/or email.
  • Consistently achieve weekly qualified opportunity quotas
  • Generate organic interest in Screen Pilot and stimulate new sales opportunities
  • Ability to identify strategic partnership opportunities and consult with Director of Partnerships on enhancing partnership relations
  • Developing social media sales strategies for prospecting and relationship building
  • Work closely with Director of Partnerships to build out sales decks/presentations
  • Interact with all Screen Pilot departments to build proposals
  • Accompany Director of Partnerships to local hotel/travel focused networking events and conferences
