We are presently in search of a sharp, success-driven, creative individual to join our growing digital marketing agency in the heart of LoDo. If you’re a smart, self-motivated, insanely organized and have a massive passion for digital media, then read on.

What does it take to be successful in this role?

  • 3-5 years of agency-side account management or digital marketing experience across multiple disciplines
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, highly organized, passionate and honest
  • Project management experience and the ability to excel at juggling multiple projects and timelines at once
  • Knowledge of PPC, SEO, Display Advertising, Email Marketing and Social Media Marketing
  • Comfortable leading internal/external conversations with clients, partners and team members
  • Desire to learn and become a thought leader in the digital marketing industry
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems, while collaborating with team members, utilizing all resources available
  • Strong oral, problem-solving, communications, writing, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Must be well organized, display a professional demeanour, exude high energy and show attention to detail
  • Must be a confident, flexible, multi-tasker, and be able to work independently

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

  • Responsible for all aspects of client engagement and management of all areas of service provision and for the definition of account strategies
  • Serve as “Client Advocate” to our team members across all disciplines to ensure client objectives and goals are understood
  • Serve as an extended team member to clients, providing digital strategy leadership and continuously-growing indispensability / trusted advisor status through customer insight and service excellence
  • Managing account level financials and project pipelines
  • Manage continuous communications across team members to ensure ongoing client needs are being met, strategies being continuously challenged and KPIs being achieved
  • Provide adequate exposure to clients so that each thinks of us as an extension of their team in a bid to develop future projects, be top-of-mind to execute projects, and fend off competition.
  • Present company-wide evidence of success and wins across all facets of account service provision and deliver vision relating to new and emerging technologies or channels

The Account Coordinator is a key contributor to the Account Management team. This entry-level position is critical in supporting the Screen Pilot Account team and our portfolio of performance marketing clients. The Account Coordinator will be responsible for the execution of advertising campaigns, organizing creative, developing newsletters, generating reporting, providing technical support and more. The ideal candidate will have experience in online marketing, excellent analytical and communication skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, digital agency environment.

What does it take to be successful in this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 1+ year(s) experience in the digital marketing industry
  • 1+ year(s) of agency experience
  • Very strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excitement and genuine interest in the digital marketing industry
  • Highly analytical with incredible attention to detail; excellent project management skills
  • HTML or other technical experience a plus
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Hard working, motivated, enthusiastic, and honest; work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills through email, phone and personal interaction
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, within a team, and cross-functionally
  • Familiarity with a variety of online advertising concepts, practices and procedures

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

  • Assist Account Team in ensuring that client deliverables are completed by the assigned deadline
  • Execute advertising placements, budgeting and creative on social media and metasearch channels
  • Compile and deliver monthly client reporting
  • Participate in and document discussions during client meetings and conference calls
  • Track and manage all projects and deadlines for client deliverables
  • Prepare account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, reports, SOWs and other internal and external communications and correspondence
  • Collect and analyze Google Analytics reports
  • Create project estimates and timelines for approval
  • Execute campaign setup and production, including audits and updates of banner creative, text links, publisher facing content, etc.
  • Understand current market and online industry trends
  • Accurately maintain and improve account data in internal systems
  • Help to improve process and enhance department efficiencies
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional team members to ensure a superior client experience

Growing digital marketing agency in Denver is on the lookout for a passionate Business Operations Coordinator who is looking for a challenge and to grow in their career.

As part of our finance and operations team, you will collaborate with multiple team members and leaders, participating wherever necessary to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Our ideal candidate has a wide range of applicable skills, from strong computer proficiency with office productivity suites to attention to detail with data entry tasks. In this role, you may juggle multiple projects simultaneously, requiring time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.

What does it take to be successful in this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field 
  • A minimum 1-3 years of administrative and/or operational experience
  • 1 or more years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Self-motivated, passionate and honest
  • Strong oral, problem solving, communications and writing skills
  • A highly organized individual with great attention to detail 
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems, while collaborating with team members, utilizing all resources available

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

  • Create process and improve efficiencies for company operations
  • Handle routine tasks, customer problems and escalate unusual or high priority items
  • Ability to review, investigate, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in data entries, contractual agreements, documents, and reports
  • Overseeing and managing company’s project management and time tracking tool, specifically surrounding team capacity
  • Directly responsible for bookkeeping activities, including but not limited to invoicing, processing of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, overseeing employee expense reports, paying bills, and handling delinquencies
  • Audit and place orders for office equipment, supplies and materials
  • Support the full employment lifecycle; recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training and development, performance evaluation, retention and offboarding activities
  • Able to be discreet with confidential and sensitive information
  • Communication with vendors and service providers (IT, landlord, janitorial company, composting company, yoga instructor, etc.)
  • Organize company’s documents and files on Google Drive
  • Knowledge of and experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online a plus
  • Perform other duties as assigned
