We are looking for an innovative, confident self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude and excellent client relationship skills for an entry-level digital marketing position. The ideal candidate will be someone who is prepared to work hard and strive to be the best.

The Social Media Coordinator (SMC) will be responsible for the day-to-day community management for our social media clients, including content creation, posting and scheduling of content, managing conversations between fans/followers, and reporting/analyzing the results to optimize engagement. The SMC will execute campaigns associated with social media, in addition to playing a critical role in coordinating design resources for content.

This position reports to a Social Media Specialist within the Content Marketing Department.

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

  • Provide clients with community management services including content creation, posting & scheduling of content, conversation management, and trend reporting.
  • Report on social media performance for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest and other emerging platforms.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and relevant platform news for the social media space.
  • Ability to segment workload and circle back often to progress/results
  • Execute paid social media advertising plans and adjust budgets on-the-go to deliver optimized spending
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute content marketing plans and social media strategies for clients
  • Utilize social media publishing software tools to effectively manage client strategies. Knowledge of HootSuite, TweetDeck, Sprout Social and Meltwater software a plus.
  • Coordinate on-boarding strategy related to new social media clients

What does it take to be successful in this role?

  • A degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related field
  • 2+ years experience in social media marketing, PR and/or content management
  • Understanding of popular social media platforms, emerging tools and apps
  • Experience using social media advertising platforms
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to write copy for social media to fit brand tone and voice
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude focused on enhancing our positive work environment
  • Ability to work well independently and in a dynamic team environment, and interface well with many individuals
  • Understand the importance of learning new/changing software and tools
  • Experience with SEO and search engine marketing strategies a plus
  • Hospitality experience preferred

The Account Coordinator is a key contributor to the Account Management team. This entry-level position is critical in supporting the Screen Pilot Account team and our portfolio of performance marketing clients. The Account Coordinator will be responsible for the execution of advertising campaigns, organizing creative, developing newsletters, generating reporting, providing technical support and more. The ideal candidate will have experience in online marketing, excellent analytical and communication skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, digital agency environment.

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

  • Assist Account Team in ensuring that client deliverables are completed by the assigned deadline
  • Execute advertising placements, budgeting and creative on social media and metasearch channels
  • Compile and deliver monthly client reporting
  • Participate in and document discussions during client meetings and conference calls
  • Track and manage all projects and deadlines for client deliverables
  • Prepare account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, reports, SOWs and other internal and external communications and correspondence
  • Collect and analyze Google Analytics reports
  • Create project estimates and timelines for approval
  • Execute campaign setup and production, including audits and updates of banner creative, text links, publisher facing content, etc.
  • Understand current market and online industry trends
  • Accurately maintain and improve account data in internal systems
  • Help to improve process and enhance department efficiencies
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional team members to ensure a superior client experience

What does it take to be successful in this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 1+ year(s) experience in the digital marketing industry
  • 1+ year(s) of agency experience
  • Very strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excitement and genuine interest in the digital marketing industry
  • Highly analytical with incredible attention to detail; excellent project management skills
  • HTML or other technical experience a plus
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Hard working, motivated, enthusiastic, and honest; work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills through email, phone and personal interaction
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, within a team, and cross-functionally
  • Familiarity with a variety of online advertising concepts, practices and procedures

The SEO Intern will assist our SEO Specialists in planning, optimizing, implementing and analyzing natural search engine marketing activities. The SEO Intern will assist in the development, implementation, execution and tracking of SEO and content marketing strategies, including social media, for our hospitality client base in order to maximize ROI and support business strategies. Candidate must be an excellent communicator.

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

  • Assist in executing tests, collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI
  • Provide recommendations to website architecture, content, linking and other on-page factors to improve SEO rankings for target keywords
  • Assist with tracking, reporting, and analyzing website analytics to discover new marketing opportunities
  • Conduct account audits and provides strategic recommendations for improvement
  • Assist with optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
  • Ensure website navigation & coding best practices are properly implemented.
