As a Social Media Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, optimizing, analyzing and managing advertising campaigns for our clients, using a mix of paid search, display, social, and video, depending on individual client needs. You will be responsible for paid media campaigns across social media platforms. We’re looking for a data-driven individual who is passionate about digging into campaigns to understand performance. You will bring to the table a high level of experience working with analytics as well as an understanding of social media platforms, design and creative, as well as copywriting. In your role, you will work closely with the entire digital marketing team to make a direct impact on the company and its client’s marketing objectives.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop campaign strategy across multiple platforms in line with client goals
  • Manage and launch campaigns across multiple search, display, social and content marketing networks
  • Analyze and optimize all aspects of campaigns to achieve maximum ROI
  • Design tests to identify opportunities for optimization
  • Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports detailing account and campaign performance
  • Manage campaign budgets, ad rotation, bids, match types, etc.
  • Create ad copy and make landing page recommendations to improve client conversion rates
  • Coordinate and execute paid social media strategy for company and clients alike
  • Planning, analysis, relevant research, support, and grow paid social media campaign activities and assist with any services as needed
  • Assist in testing creative ad copy, messaging, and identifying top performing campaigns
  • Analyze performance metrics of deployed campaigns to drive learning and optimization
  • Perform regular maintenance and budgeting on active accounts; optimizing for improved performance
  • Collaborate with team members to develop advertising strategies for social channels.
  • Keep assets organized, up-to-date, and accessible

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Social Media Advertising Specialist, Media Buyer, or similar role
  • Strong skills and experience in marketing with a focus on social media ads, including but not limited to Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Story Ads, Snapchat Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, etc
  • Deep familiarity with social media channels and management tools
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to see trends and opportunities
  • Familiarity with copywriting, advertising techniques, and social media marketing
  • Ability to successfully manage large and complex paid search accounts across multiple channels
  • 3 to 5 years of experience working with social media and paid media accounts
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, and proven ability to meet deadlines within tight timeframes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
  • Excellent time management, general organizational skills and possess a self-starter attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; present ideas in a clear, concise, understandable, and organized manner

Desirable skills and capabilities:

A Social Media Advertising Specialist who will play an integral role in executing client and internal level social media initiatives. The Social Media Advertising Specialist is an expert on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and other leading B2C platforms. This role executes all aspects of social content, including conception, writing and editing, consulting with creative and content team members, publishing, and monitoring. The right candidate absolutely has a passion for analytics, is able to use social listening to mine for trends, and is always looking for ways to optimize content performance.

Skills and traits that are particularly useful include:

  • High level of comfort with long- and short-form, and real-time (immediate) content creation and distribution strategies and tactics
  • Knowledge of working with web analytics tools (Adobe Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics), social media marketing applications (SproutSocial, Canva, etc.), and leading social media monitoring platforms
  • An understanding of search engine optimization, including strategies, best practices, and current trends
  • Comfort with speaking about/advocating for social media marketing at both internal and external meetings and events, and as part of your organization’s content initiatives (i.e., willing to become a cheerleader for organizational change around content)
  • A love for numbers, data science, and marketing strategy

Growing digital marketing agency in Denver is on the lookout for a passionate Digital Media Coordinator who is looking for a challenge and someone who is looking to grow in their career.

As a Digital Media Coordinator, you will support the Account Team team across a variety of digital marketing initiatives. This role will assist with the management of paid search campaigns as well as assist the Account Executive in organizing creative, generating reporting, providing technical support, building client presentations, and more. Responsibilities will also include collaboration with Account Executives, and their clients, to gather campaign requirements, support marketing briefs, launch campaigns, monitor results and report successes. The ideal candidate will have experience in online marketing, excellent analytical and communication skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-pace, digital agency environment.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support the Account Team with day-to-day management of campaign status, optimizations, and execution

  • Advanced knowledge of PPC, SEO, Display Advertising, Email Marketing and Social Media Marketing

A successful SEO & Content Marketing Manager at Screen Pilot will have experience in all things related to SEO and Content Marketing — including channel optimization, brand consistency, segmentation and localization, analytics, and meaningful measurement. In addition, this collaborative position functions across multiple organizational departments — including Web Development, Social Media, and Account Management. Ultimately, the success of this position relies on the ability to create an environment of growth for our clients. 

Performance expectations should be based on the continual improvement of customer nurturing, converting, and retention through storytelling, as well as by increases in new traffic through the consistent development and deployment of content and SEO best practices.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Tracking, reporting, and analyzing website analytics
  • Keyword analysis, research and integration with heavy emphasis on search intent
  • On-Page optimizations
  • Suggesting improvements to site architecture, UX
  • Working with the larger Earned/Owned team on strategy and opportunities
  • Working with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are followed
  • Develop content to improve SEO rankings, site/page metrics
  • Staying abreast of the latest search engine changes and industry trends

Client Relationship Management:

  • Create, understand, and own client goals
  • Developing and documenting content marketing strategies for clients
  • Utilize competitive analysis and keyword research to maintain optimal retention rate and client satisfaction

Content Marketing Strategy and Implementation:

  • Create strategy and build campaigns that ensure all marketing efforts are optimized for assigned clients
  • Establish performance indicators for “successful” SEO that everyone understands and which complement overall marketing and business objectives

Monthly Campaign Evaluation and Reporting:

  • Monitor, evaluate and adjust strategy based on campaign results
  • Set goals for the following month based on analysis and strategy
  • Be ready to appropriately respond to clients asking questions or expressing concerns about perceived progress

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience/exposure to Google tag manager
  • Solid communication and project management skills
  • Flexibility to take on and handle other tasks or projects as assigned
  • Minimum 3 years of SEO, Content Marketing experience preferred
  • Must demonstrate a detailed understanding of SEO principles and guidelines
  • Demonstrated ability to create successful articles and copy
  • Knowledge of basic web design and technology principles and their SEO implications
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools (Google Analytics) and SEO tools (SEMRush, Google Optimize) 
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong analytical aptitude
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Experience with WordPress, Sitecore, iSites platforms are a plus
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
  • Google Analytics certifications required

The Director of Digital Marketing will manage the marketing process for Screen Pilot stakeholders and clients from research and planning to execution and analysis. This role oversees all aspects of integrated digital media objectives and brand experience from organic and paid social media, digital creative, search and content strategies through to data, analytics and brand intelligence. The position will also be responsible for our own company objectives of the same. 

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development of client strategies and content marketing across a variety of digital landscapes to earn coverage for the purpose of increasing performance, reach, experience enhancements.
  • Develop the operations and impact of our social media marketing offerings, including a mix of paid and unpaid tactics
  • Drive the overall social media strategy for a variety of clients that bring strong results and meet goals
  • Analyze, prepare and deliver reports to internal stakeholders on social media performance
  • Must be a strategic thinker with acute data and analytical skills and expertise
  • Must possess excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Technology Proficiency – You can support anything from SEO to analytics to email.
  • Writing and Content Creation – Writing and content creation skills are a major part of  your toolkit and you excel at effective communication. 
  • Digital Advertising – We want someone who understands the value of digital advertising and the plethora of platforms that exist. Social Media Advertising experience and prowess is a must.
  • SEO – Constantly evolving and complex, we need someone who has beyond a working knowledge and understanding of the factors that affect SEO. This position will lead and develop strategies focused on increasing search engine exposure and traffic for the agency and our clients.
  • Social Media – You will be able to understand how their audience interacts with social media and what opportunities it brings to create awareness and engagement and enhance a brand’s experience in part. This role will be responsible for positioning social media marketing as the premier offering for the agency. Reputation and Community Management experience highly preferred. 
  • Email Marketing/Marketing Automation – Our Digital Marketing Director should understand the nature of email marketing and be able to develop a strategy to effectively deliver performance enhancing integrated campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of digital marketing experience, specifically earned and owned media experience, consumer/brand experience skills a plus
  • 3+ years of successfully managing people (distributed team a plus)
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be seriously considered
  • Experience using standard/enterprise digital marketing platforms ranging from analytics to digital experience tools a must
